6. Delivery & Acceptance of Goods
–  Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order.
–  Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier service.
–  Upon receipt, you are responsible for checking the condition of the goods in the presence of the courier.
–  Any claims for missing, defective, or damaged items must be raised immediately (see Returns & Claims).

7. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
–  Returns or exchanges are only permitted under the following circumstances:

    a. The Product is damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery;

    b. The wrong Product was delivered;

    c. A valid claim is submitted within the timeframe specified (e.g., 48 hours after receipt).
–  Customers must provide valid proof such as photos, unboxing videos, and written descriptions when submitting a claim.
–  Returned Products must be in their original condition, packaging, and with all accessories included (unless defective).
–  Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned item is received and verified by Ai-Cozy.
–  Return shipping costs will be borne by Ai-Cozy in cases of our error; otherwise, the Customer may be responsible.

8. Pricing & Additional Charges
–  All prices shown on the Site are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
–  Additional charges such as shipping, handling, or service fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
–  In cases of pricing errors (e.g., unusually low price due to system error), Ai-Cozy reserves the right to cancel the order or request confirmation before shipping.

–  If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.
